Becoming Sculptors

This afternoon we went to the Children's Art House in the Government Gardens to get hands on with sculptures. We started by taking a walk around the sculpture trail to have a look at the amazing sculptures that had been created by national and international artists. We looked at shape, texture, lines and materials used which was really exciting. We then made our way back to the art house where we each got to create our very own sculpture out of a cake of soap!
